Dana dean roofing is the best. They have been to my house numerous times, always on time. Very professional, I never have to call twice. I will be getting a new roof in a few years and Dana will be doing the job. Everybody I have met at Dana’s is courteous, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.
I cannot praise highly enough the superb job that Dana Dean Roofing did on the replacement of my roof. I used their “burnt sienna” color of architectural Landmark shingles, and they look fantastic on my house. I was extremely happy with Dana Dean and found him honest and most professional. I really did my homework on roofers after noticing a leak on our upstairs ceiling. I wanted to get 3 quotes, because roofs are vitally important. I looked on Angie's List, YELP, and other reviews before setting up quotes. Many roofers want to charge to come out, which discourages quotes. Charging for quotes is good for their company, but bad for the consumer. I advise not to consider roofers who charge for estimates. Many thanks to Dana Dean for the work his company didn’t do! I thought I was in for a big roof repair :-( but Mr Dean came out and after a lot of investigation, patient hosing the roof, etc, etc, he diagnosed the problem as not in the roof at all. He not only didn’t charge for the inspection, he gave me some professional caulking and instructions on how to do the repair. We had a great experience with Dana Dean Roofing. We had a small leak in our roof that we had them repair. While they were there we asked them for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and so we scheduled to have the roof replaced several months later. The owner himself was among the workers - work was done according to his standard., 4. They cleaned up the work surroundings daily before they leave. 5. Dana Dean Roofing worked in a fast, efficient, professional and thorough manner when installing our roofing. They took the time to cover everything with tarps, including my rose bushes and plants so they would not get harmed in anyway. They checked both our plywood for rot and flashing for leaks to ensure a proper job. Their clean up was first rate, they cleaned as they went along.
