Dana Dean Roofing replaced the roof on my large shop (42' x 36') behind my home. The quality of the work is unbeatable! In addition, the crew was quite, quick and very professional. Dana was able to match the shingles to the same color as that on my home and shed, providing a cohesive look across the three buildings. Dana Dean roofing was referred to us by a friend. By far HANDS DOWN the most professional, courteous, thorough group of guys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a 23 yr old roof that had 3 leaks, they took AWESOME care of us and the crew was great. VERY personable and just a great group of guys. Very affordable, and prompt and timely. Dana was highly recommended by a neighbor in Grove Park. After our phone call for an estimate he came out quickly. Took pictures of the damage to the roof. He explained the process and gave a fair estimate for the work. He emailed an estimate within a day for our review and acceptance. He did an excellent job on the repairs and explained the guarantee. Dana Dean roofing was the most economically priced and offered a workman ship warranty of 10 years; 5 more years than the top companies out there. We had 6 quotes and Dana Dean beat the rest because of their vast knowledge and quality products. My husband and I are very satisfied with our roof and we have no more leaks!
