The BEST dentist, by far, I have ever been to. I live in Texas, and travel back to CT to see Dr. Tseng. The office staff is accommodating and always works around our tight schedule to see us, which we so appreciate. Melinda is my hygienist and does an excellent job. Danbury is so fortunate to have a dentist of this caliber. Thank you Dr. Dan for all you do. You are the BEST of the BEST.
I've just started seeing Dr. Tseng this year, and I'm more than happy with every experience I've had there. Dr. Tseng's bedside manner is awesome, and his staff are all very friendly and extremely competent individuals.
I have been going to Dr. Tseng and his associates for over 17 years and have enjoyed going there ( if you can say that about going to the dentist) but they are very professional and a friendly staff. I would always recommend going there to friends and family.
Just had my six-month appointment yesterday and as always was greeted promptly, brought right into the dental suite, and had a very thorough cleaning by my technician. Met with my dentist after the cleaning and reviewed my progress. It is so nice to have a dental professional that knows your history and is always looking out for you.
Being a retired hygienist, I always look forward to having my teeth cleaned. SUch a nice feeling when everything is complete. I can't wait for that feeling 6 months from now at my next cleaning!
Great office that goes out of their way to serve each patient's needs - even the little ones waiting for their big brother! The whole family loves Dr. Tseng and his staff.
I have been to this office four times and find it to be clean, organized and well-run. The staff is attentive and well-versed in using the state of the art equipment. Dr. Soares is terrific. I would recommend Danbury Dental Group to anyone.
Most people fear the dentist. I only the other hand love going to see my dentist. Simply put - Dr. Tseng is the best dentist. I have referred so many people to him and they still thank me for the referral (years later). I also have to mention that my hygienist (Melinda) is amazing. I've been sitting in her chair longer than I can remember. She really takes care of me. If you want an honest, caring, professional and amazing dental experience - visit this office. You will not be sorry.
I moved over from another Dentist office in Danbury because I was not satisfied with their service. I found Danbury Dental Group through a friend and have been with them since. It is a small friendly office where everyone remembers you and welcomes you. I have never had a problem getting appointments or speaking to a rep over the phone, everyone is great there! I highly recommend them!! : )
