Went in for cleaning and had a chip on a molar to fix. They forgot to fix the chip and I didn't remember until after I got back to work. (the only bad part and everyone forgets sometimes...oops. Not a big deal as long as I don't get charged a copay for another visit). The rest of the visit went very well. They have video cameras on a wand that they can use to look in your mouth and take pictures which are broadcast on a flat screen tv in the corner of the room that you can see to view what they're looking at. My husband and I started seeing Dr. Tseng at the Danbury Dental Group more than a year ago. We wished we found Dr. Tseng sooner and had him as our dentist in all the past 8 years we lived in Danbury. Even though our visits had only been for routine check up, Dr. Tseng and his assistants always treated us with special care and gave us advices only for our best interests. I have been trying to get this office to pay me what they owe me for awhile now. I have called and called.. It will be a year in September they have promised me the money. They agree they owe it. I honestly don't even know where to begin. My visit started off fine--the dental hygienist seemed nice, polite, and genuinely sweet.But halfway through the appointment, that completely changed. In my personal experience, the hygienist's attitude flipped out of nowhere. Instead of maintaining the same kindness she began with, she started mock what I would say and ask condescending question . I've been a patient for only 9 months and have had nothing but issues. Canceling morning of, attempting to cancel on me 10 minutes before my appointment, front end staff telling me they do not "understand the need" for my appointment, front end staff claiming the office is closed so they didn't have to send me my files, and the office manager telling me that her front end staff lied to me. Did not enjoy my experience with the Dr. Would not recommend. Office is nice but that's about it. Lots of good dentists in Danbury area to choose from that I would rather bring my business to.

Had a tooth pulled by Dr. Tseng he knocked out another tooth in the process and proceeds to say It was weak anyway! Had a crown made they lose it . When I complained he was arrogant and said if I'm not happy leave! The only reason there busy they take all insurance! Good luck understanding him as well! Staff always changing!

Just a tip if you go to DDG - when you check in, ask them to tell the hygienist or dentist that you are there. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes yesterday and when I finally got in to see the hygienist, she told me that nobody had told her I had checked in. Incidentally, the appointment was for my 6 monthly check up and cleaning but I was told when I got in the chair that my dentist wasn't in that day, so I would have to come back for the check up part.
