I want to say right away that the doctors in this office are very good. The management in this office is professional. I had to resolve an issue with them regarding my medical insurance, they resolved everything very quickly and kept me informed about it. But it turns out that neither the doctor nor the manager in this office is anyone. Everything is decided by the girl at the front desk. Worst office/experience ever. Just requesting to schedule an appointment took about 30 minutes. Only to be told my appointment wasn’t confirmed until all information and insurance provided was verified; That took about 4 hours, but I was told my appointment was confirmed and I would not need a referral until after my 4th visit. Upon my arrival at the office, I’m asked for a referral. I informed the receptionist that I was told by their office that I didn’t need one. On 7/30/21, I was evaluated by Alecia Folkes, DO for a yearly mole check. After searching the physician database on my insurance website, I selected Stanley Skopit, DO because he was board-certified in dermatology, and was close to my home. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was initially told that I may not get to see Dr. Skopit, but that there were other doctors there.
