Worst office/experience ever. Just requesting to schedule an appointment took about 30 minutes. Only to be told my appointment wasn’t confirmed until all information and insurance provided was verified; That took about 4 hours, but I was told my appointment was confirmed and I would not need a referral until after my 4th visit. Upon my arrival at the office, I’m asked for a referral. I informed the receptionist that I was told by their office that I didn’t need one. On 7/30/21, I was evaluated by Alecia Folkes, DO for a yearly mole check. After searching the physician database on my insurance website, I selected Stanley Skopit, DO because he was board-certified in dermatology, and was close to my home. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was initially told that I may not get to see Dr. Skopit, but that there were other doctors there.
