We had previously used Dan to finance a home in Arizona. He was 100% easier than any other finance company company we had worked with. We just used him again to refinance our home in Colorado. He saved us a lot of money, and made the transaction very easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Head over heals over anyone else. As of this writing I have purchased 20 homes in my lifetime, so I have experienced the process many times. Dan is the best.
