Dr Grove was friendly and pleasant. He immediately makes you feel at ease. He explained what the two issues could be and explained in detail what was going to take place at the current visit. That's a new patient I had a very good experience. There was a mix-up with my initial appointment which I was not happy about as a first impression for a new patient. I also want to say Krystal was also a pleasure to speak with. She was very comforting during the procedure. They make a great team.
Not only a thorough physician but extremely personable as well. . I was so satisfied with my visit.
