Customer friendly staff, efficient, courteous, little to know wait time, in the office, which to me means they value my time, pleasant , comfortable environment; easy to get an appointment, frequent reminders of appointment which with life's business is essential, most paper work can be completed securely on line. Now Dr. Grove was the bomb.
