She was very clear on what documents that she needed, She respected my request to communicate via email when possible. She was always pleasant and helpful. She gladly answered my questions even if they were stupid or she had already answered them and i had forgotten.
This was the first time we had ever done a closing while out of state, Danielle and her team made it a very pleasant experience and we will use them again in the future.
Phone calls and emails were always acknowledged and returned in a timely manner. The LSU's were also updated weekly as promised...Will continue to use and refer Danielle and V.I.P montage when the opportunity arises.

We were under a short time limit and had many hurdles to overcome with the changing of the regulations during the pandemic.
