Danielle and her team were very patient with us as we took quite a while to decide to initiate our loan. When we finally did decide to commit, they jumped in instantly. Because of their patience followed by quick action, we wound up with the lowest mortgage rate I have ever had. In addition, we had to go through the loan process during one of the most difficult times in financial history. But the team hung in there and helped us through every step of the process. Kudos to this excellent team!
