Excellent and superb Customer Service. It should be known that I had several other companies bidding for my business, however because of Danielle and Amber my choice was easy! I highly recommend them.

The communication around the appraisal could have been better. Your assistant mentioned a 12 day turnaround time and that was my expectation, however it was 12 business days,,,,Not sure if you can have better control over appraisers but if you do it would be worth it to look into it.
