Danielle was awesome, just the other team members you had to stay on them it felt like. Otherwise nothing got done, or you weren't even aware of what needed to be done. I wouldn't hear from them and when i would reach out to them to find out whats going on then they would have some stuff that needed to be done and then i had to make a bunch of phone calls because the mortgage and insurance had no clue what was going on or had a mishap.
