darren is a genuine braddah who was realistic in handling my process I feel couldn’t have be done any better. he gave suggestions but never made me feel like I needed to do something a certain way. Darren explains all steps and processes clearly and precisely. At every point of the process Darren was willing to answer the phone (or reply by text immediately) to answer my questions. There was never more than 5 minutes that passed by if I needed him to respond back to me. Without his commitment and speed in his responses there is no way I would have bought my first apartment!
