My refinance process was very stressful. Darren was a huge help in making the process easier. He went above and beyond to ensure we had all of the correct paperwork required for our loan to close. Darren was very helpful and professional during this time of stress and anxiety since this was my first time purchasing a place. Big Aloha to Darren and team. Darren is very responsive and timely and works very hard to achieve the best outcome for his customers. It was a pleasure working with Darren and team. I would recommend him to my friends that live in Hawaii when they are needing loan services. Our particular loan started and stopped for a period of time due to us needing to put it on hold and when we wanted to get going again Darren responded same day and picked up where we left off and made it happen.
