In terms of service and speed, Mark went above and beyond. But having the unpleasant surprise of a $90K+ increase in downpayment required between pre-approval and closing was disappointing.

Darren is helpful and knowledgeable in his field. Always there to answer questions and what not, and is always friendly when doing so. Only comment is that he seems to have a lot of clients, and this might have contributed to some logistical problems. I had to answer the same questions and send over the same documents on many occasions. I think he also mixed me up with another client once or twice. It's probably hard keeping up a large number of files, esp with the pandemic, so I understand.
