Yum! Great tasting, saucy and tender chicken. French Fries are crunch and not salty like most places. I like! I ordered to go so servers busy getting them out in a hurry as it opened.
I remember when this place opened, I thought to myself, oh great, yet another chicken strip place. It took quite a while to try it out but I went. I remember being surprised by what they had and I basically became an immediate fan and now find myself coming here often. The chicken strips are HUGE and loaded with spices and flavor. I loveeeee Dave's hot chicken especially because it's halal and I don't find any fast food places that are halal but Dave's hot chicken I'm absolutely obsessed like all of their new food is also absolutely amazing I definitely think you should always get their big trio like Dave's combo or something like that because It is so dang good like I'm religiously obsessed with it

3 out of 5 I finally tried Dave's Hot Chicken and honestly, I don't understand all the hype. The mozzarella sticks were the highlight of the meal--crispy, cheesy, and easily the best thing we ordered. The seasoned fries were also really good and had great flavor. Dave's Hot Chicken in El Cajon was . The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the fries were great too. Friendly staff specifically Stephanie in the cash register, fast service, and definitely worth the hype! Cooks are happy singing on the kitchen! That only means good food!
