I'm always craving this spot, the food is always 10/10! Definitely recommend downloading the app and putting in an order for pickup cause it gets busy and could be a long wait
First time at Dave's hot chicken, Brenda was the sweetest and very welcoming! I got the two sliders with a side of Mac and cheese. The two sliders ended up being a lot of food for myself, but were delicious. The Mac and cheese was creamy and hot!
Ordered to go and it was a little busy but got my food in a decent time. I ordered the 1 slider meal with fries. I got the medium spice and it was a good amount of spice but not spicy at all. Bathrooms were clean and service was great. I've been here multiple times and will come back again soon!

I thought it was super yummy and the customer service was friendly and helpful! They do have tables inside and out if you want to eat onsite. Good flavor, tried the chicken with sides of macaroni, coleslaw and fries.

I love Dave's hot chicken, I've been a fan for a while now. I really dislike that they changed the reaper recipe though, that was my go-to, but now they made it way too spicy.. it h physically hurts to eat it. Nat is super friendly and she recommends mixing the Dave's sauce with honey! It's very tasty.
The service was great same with the food. Personally i don't eat from here often but it's better than most other places in the El cajon area. So if your near this area you should come.

The chicken is phenomenal. I wish they had a little bit more on the menu, but I understand. Service is okay but not superb. It's really busy inside.

It was our first time at a Dave's, and Martin was so helpful in explaining the menu! I'm allergic to nuts and was able to safely eat here because they had an allergen menu available! The restaurant is very clean and the staff was friendly. We will be back!

I love Dave's hot chicken. It's a little bit of an addiction of mine. However, I love it when staff members stand out and make the experience that much better. Haley was so pleasant, recommending the right spice levels based off what my likes were, she was warm, friendly and a total doll. Thanks Team! You definitely know how to hire the right people.
