Always consistent whichever location we ordered . Still crispy and spicy as requested . Always good and satisfying.

The food was good. The shake wasn't that good. Their was a cashier named Cristal who was walking around interrupting peoples eating just to solicit reviews. YALL ITS ACTUALLY SO GOOD HERE THIS IS THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH IVE EVER HADthe service was amazing as well even though their line was huge and ik they were working their asses off and the food came out super quick and hot. the interior was cool asl and im definitely coming back fs. I get tenders a a sliders, I love how you can adjust spice level. The restaurant is clean and chicken is hands down juicy and delicious. Highly recommend this place!
Well I tend to go to a place on a Monday or Tuesday, The inside is Art Deco! Very nice with high seating as well as low seating. I was greeted promptly as I walked thru the door and let the server know it was my first time and he proceeded to tell me about menu and their items. I settled for a #4 2-Slider combo. The chicken was fresh and steam just vibrates out of the chicken, I ordered 3 tenders with fries for my toddler and for my self I ordered the chicken sandwich with no heat, with fries and for my husband he ordered the medium heat chicken sandwich with fries and macaroni. Our food was out in about 6-7 minutes after ordering and they serve it on trays with paper lined logos from DAVE's Hot Chicken, so cute. Great food and exceptional service by crystal. Fresh fries and perfect sandwich. Never fails.
Food was good but clearly not made right. The medium seemed like it didn't have any of the medium seasoning on it. The Plano and Las Colinas locations seem to be better. Also one of the employees kept walking out to smoke and when we came back in he was still halfway blowing out his smoke so it wafted straight into the restaurant where we were sitting.

If you're looking to mix things up from your basic chick fil a and canes look no further. This place has really good seasoned chicken with the best fries and pickles! If you are craving chick fil a and need a fix this is your go to. Honestly wish I would've tried it sooner. Only complaint would be that the meals don't include drinks and charge like 5$ for two "regular" sized cups that honestly could've been labeled smalls at other restaurants.
