The main store manager is so rude! Her attitude in general was horrible. I ordered at the kiosk and kept insisting on taking my order. I get it's part of her job but she kept insisting to the point I felt uncomfortable to even order at the store anymore. Then I asked for extra Dave's sauces and she literally threw them at me while smiling. Food is horrible! The chicken has no flavor even with the spice on it, you can tell they don't put any salt on it. The fries has the same spice as chicken so everything is one noted so for the price of the food, not worth it!

It's okay; not impressed or wowed by the chicken. I fail to see how this place got best fried chicken award in the desert. Place was pretty empty. I will not be back as I'm not paying 20 bucks for two pieces of chicken, fries and a drink.

The last 2 times we ordered the order was wrong and the food somehow not all that. I would think if all you do is chicken all day you would have perfected it! We've paid for coleslaw on the side twice now and did not receive it, when you mention it to them on the phone the answer is "ok" . Seriously?!?! Also I've stopped bothering to ask for well done fries! Or maybe I'm just done with this place!

Well when we first discovered Dave's we were blown away by their amazing food. This time however we're blown away by the literal disregard of attention to their food. We just picked up an order this Saturday afternoon at the Indio location and literally every sandwich had raw chicken in it and uncooked batter. The cabbage that they put on the sliders tasted like moldy sink water which indicates their product probably had mold in it but they decided to serve it anyway. I wanted to love this place because it's nearby and I like the idea of supporting a smaller business but I won't be going back. I had the Dave's two tender and fry basket plus added on one tender which went uneaten. The service was pretty slow; I noticed many others standing around looking at me with the same feeling I had, "Really? Is the food taking this long?" Plain chicken was large and tasty, mild was not so good with the powder spices. Service was so-so and why the tips/selection on your tab. Tried it once and most likely not again. I'll stick with Canes.

The most annoying low rent TV commercial. Running over and over gives the restaurant such a low class vibe .
