The first time we came in I ordered mild and my husband hot. We both loved what we had ordered. This time we both ordered mild. The order took forever and never actually got called. When my husband approached the counter, Ernesto handed him a box with "our order" which contained two of the hottest ever pieces of chicken. We will forever call this place Dave's Hot Shits.

I would love to give it more. Unfortunately the pieces of tenders I received where overcooked and the seasoning tasted like it's missing salt and pepper. I'm not sure if it was an off night because this was my first time at any Dave's hot chicken. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I'll pass by another one again. Only time will tell.

I returned here again. In the past the chicken was consistently good but overpriced...the last time I went the chicken was overpriced and tiny...the size had decreased substantially. I would say both "tenders" were at least 30-40% smaller in size than they have been any other time (from about 8 times) I have eaten here. After eating two tenders and no drink or sides and spending nearly $10 before tip...I left hungry and thirsty.

Talk about a let down. Neither myself or my son made it the one chicken tender because they were so dry. Then I was told I had to order fries extra and get home to realize they come with fries. Almost $40 for 2 people, because of the extra fries I'm sure and I honestly they couldn't give me food for free. Horrible experience.

Food is good but service is horrid, Maria L has to be the worst FOH staff member I've ever encountered. I don't know if Dave even has a training program, but this location definitely doesn't follow through with any type of customer service guidelines. Good thing we come to these establishments for food, service is just a plus nowadays I guess?

Chicken was super good. The absolute carnage that took place the next day on the toilet was not fun. I'm still on the fence on if I want to continue to go here because it literally was a top 5 worst next day bathroom experience of my life. Food is 5 stars but the way my body reacted to is 0 stars LOL

Please AVOID this place!!!! The WORST customer service I've ever received. The girls at the front, including the cooks will talk about you directly to your face while placing your order. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Please hire new staff or you'll just keep losing customers. I'll make sure to tell people how rude the girls are here and the lack of quality & cleanliness of the store!! There's better food at Castañedas across the street as well as NICER cashiers. I just came in to try this place out and waited a bit for a cashier that was having a conversation with another employee before even getting greeted. I placed my order and was told if I would like to leave a Tip I did add the 15% for a $10 meal.
