Very clean restaurant in great customer service. My son gives it to thumbs up. It was his first time trying it.
We were casually eating when all of a suddenly we seen a roach crawl towards us on the wall our table was next too. We told a worker there was a roach and he didn't even try to kill it or apologize.

Most horrible place to order from they have ruined my food by spitting on my food this place should be closed

Came yesterday 7/26 at around 1:30am to pick up an online order we placed beforehand and was greeted with an already annoyed female employee when we asked if we could redeem a free drink because we weren't able to online. We waited around 5 minutes for our order and decided to dine in. There was also another party about to finish up when we started, when one of the other employees turned off all the lights and locked the doors. Andrea and her closing crew denied us to order 15 minutes before closing. Not only us but 10 other people standing outside. When I asked for their names they did not want to give me their names. I used to work for a fast food chain and name tags were REQUIRED to be worn at all times when working. These fast food workers are getting lazy 15 minutes before closing time and they don't care. The guy closed and locked the door It's still supposed to be open for another hour (currently 2am closes at 3am)
Came 20 minutes before closing and they refused my service. Terrible management and the service too I was literally ignored by the staff which are just children really. As someone who's been going to Dave's since a stand in LA. Very disappointed and will no longer be binging my family to this establishment.

I used to love Dave's Hot Chicken because the seasoning had the perfect balance of heat and flavor. But lately my experience has really changed, especially during night shifts. The last two times I visited in the evening the chicken was way too heavily seasoned so much spice that it overpowered everything else and made it hard to enjoy. It's disappointing because it wasn't always like this; daytime visits have been fine, but something seems off at night. Food is good but the wait is ridiculous. Ordered from the kiosk machine and waited 20 min on a slow night with not many people inside. Had to go to the counter to ask about my food to which they said it will be right out. Several people who ordered before me got their food first. Don't order at the kiosk cause apparently they don't check it and you'll be waiting a while. Don't go here if you're in a rush.
