I've came here a couple times attended with great service and presented with great food. But my most recent visit was a disappointment. They put up kiosks but doesn't include cauliflower. So we ordered our food and put in the additional comments to sub in cauliflower. So when they called our order they handed us the food and told us that next time to order at the register for cauliflower bc it is an additional charge which I'm totally okay with and wouldnt have minded if they charged me the difference. I had a pick up order for 11:14pm 1st one at the pick up window they have. 4 others come up after me and were all given their food within minutes. I received my food at 11:40. By the time I received my food it was near cold.
Worst service ever !!! Been waiting for a walk-up order for 32 minutes, apparently they prioritize DoorDash and don't care what's so ever walkup orders...worst customer service ever .

not the best service. took over 30 min just to get our food. the cooks in the back were bs'ing and making fun of customers. our food wasn't even started until we said something 20 min later. definitely wont be going back.

WTF Dave's Am I eating the Ass or Butt Crack of the chicken? Every time I order from you, the worst heartburn ever along with belching more than a few times I order the non spicy chicken and guess what it's still spicy as fuck!! And rough in some areas and indigestion is not fun please fix it!

I ordered Daves Hot Chicken for my lunch break this morning around 11:30am (Online Order for pickup)but unfortunately found a piece of metal inside my sandwich. Halfway into it I felt something hard to chew on in my mouth and pulled out this metal coil. I never want to be a difficult customer but this is unacceptable and I unfortunately have to leave a bad review for the poor quality of the food.

Owner has a bad attitude when I told him they missed one of our items he was just starring laughing just weird vibes from him never going their again to that location. I'll go to the other ones .

Clean location, plenty of seating, quick service. There was nothing special about the food at all. I would not recommend or return.
