Look I like Dave's hot chicken but the ones in Lancaster is decent but nothing to brag about like the other in LA. I love their loaded Mac fries but the chicken on top has such a fatty oily smell and taste to it like they chicken must not be good. Their burgers and tenders are solid and still good and the atmosphere is nicely done but needs more chairs. The service is good but we're all here for the food. Like the tenders, was pretty crispy overall, was a bit of a wait to get the food but overall good service. The ambiance was pretty nice, fits the theme of Dave's hot chicken pretty well.

Went there earlier today for the first time about 1230 in the afternoon. They Absolutely killed it. Cashier Brianna V was amazing and super helpful. I'll definitely return for customer service alone. She answered any questions and gave her recommendations. All food was made fast and even with the line, wasn't a long wait. As far as the food, i maybe tasted the first 2-3 bites. I inhaled the rest. Chicken was so tender and cooked to perfection. Hot was hot, mild was mild. #CravingRoundTwo.

I order ahead and when I get my food it's been consistent & great. I get medium strips and they are fire! Fires are always crispy and warm

Tried Dave's Hot Chicken and ordered the slider & chicken tender combo with mild seasoning and fries. The slider was actually pretty decent--juicy and flavorful--but the tender felt a bit overpowered, almost bathed in what tasted like paprika and chili powder, which threw things off for me. The fries were okay, but not as crispy as I was hoping for.
