From the time I walked in the door, the service was amazing! I was greeted once I was inside and my order was taken by Shante' with no errors in my order and she pronounced my name correctly :). She appears to love her job and exude awesome energy!! My order was processed and disbursed within a timely manner. Ogenga handed my food to me and offered condiments prior to wishing me a good day. I got the chicken waffle fries and my daughter got the smash burger she said she liked but she didnt love it my chicken fries were good but heavy on the sauce and fries were salty so I was trying to work around it as much as I could next time I would probably ask for sauce on the side and light seasoning spice

Visiting Houston. Wait time is a little annoying be prepared to wait about 20-30 minutes if you're eating inside because they have to also compete with DoorDash and online orders. I got medium tenders and added a coleslaw to go along with the fries and Dave's is pretty good, it is more seasoning than Canes obviously. However, I just don't feel overwhelmingly connected to the place culinarily to be so in love with it. Friendly staff though. $21 total for my order
