If you crave the taste of Chili powder and paprika, then you may enjoy it. The chicken was good quality but you couldn't enjoy it or taste its flavor because of the above mentioned spices.

When they 1st opened food and service was great. Over time we aren't impressed Last 3 times we have done drive through the orders have been wrong. How hard is it to mess up when the don't have much on menu??? Last night order was wrong and chicken was too well done. Not going back. Too many other places to try.

Worst experience ever. Honestly words can't express enough how much of a terrible experience I had. She was antagonizing my group and even began repping some gang that apparently she is apart of. Such a weird freaking experience. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and I'm from LA.. I thought I was use to seeing crazy situations. Management really needs to handle this situation. This place charges way to mutch for everything you need to lower prices people can't afford to eat out at your prices get with it guys it's 2022

Eh had better hot chicken at local mom and pop. This was nothing special. Careful while getting cheese fries, there's barely any cheese. They treat cheese like it's good lol. It's a joke. Try other places. You won't miss out. The ones in LA must be good but eh this one :/

The customer service here was the worst. They made it a priority to tell me they were closed and couldn't take my order even though I got there while they were still technically open. Then ten minutes after they close they decide they want to take two random peoples orders. I was shocked. The night shift is terrible don't go.

I absolutely loved Dave's Hot Chicken when I visited in LA, but this location just doesn't hit the same tbh. Came in to pick up my mobile order and when I got back to my hotel, they really skimped on everything. My order didn't have any utensils, so I had to eat my mac and cheese with the lid lol. They only gave us one packet of honey for two orders which we had to share. Something about the meal was just lacking to me. The service and food were good though.
