We stayed at Elara Hotel beginning April 4th - 7th and after returning from the Hoover Dam tour on April 6th decided to grab some Daves Hot Chicken to snack on before our last dinner in Las Vegas since it was 4pm. The young lady at the register had me to tap my card 3 times before saying the order had gone through. My wife and I both got a 2 piece strip dinner w/an extra strip and 1 medium Dr. Pepper. We ordered Dave's through grub hub and received our food nice and cold not to mention saugy. I barely had sauce in my sandwich which we ordered sliders and fries. We won't be back as we feel it is overrated and not worth the hype.

Do not order door dash from this establishment. On multiple occasions they had me wait 2+ hours for me to receive my food and by the time it arrived it was cold. Food was ordered at 3pm and arrived at 6pm. What is even worse is that no refunds are applicable. So I am left stuck waiting for this order even if I wanted to go get something else.

Spent $16 I'm still hungry! Why photos of Order are Enlarged & Deceitful. Mini Sliders are Microscopic not even one bite try half bite Chicken Sandwiches are Small not Medium certainly not Large! Sorry Dave who sold the Business to Private Equity Consortium for $1Billion One Strike Your Out! Your competitors here in Las Vegas offer more bang for your Buck! Who are not owned by Private Equity!

Food was mediocre. Do not tip here using a credit card, the machine overcharged me - 10% tip on $45, they charged me $10

the food is very goo, the cashier is so nice but in the kitchen they have a very rude woman Well, she's always shouting and speaking with pure rudeness, and she has her music at full volume.

The manager there is so unprofessional, I ordered door dash and someone stole my order because the workers there didn't care to make sure it was my order and my door dasher . My door dasher complained to them saying how they messed up for giving my order out to someone else , instead of the manager re making my order and making things right he literally did NOTHING. He was disgusting & rude , clearly he isn't the right fit for a manager . They just hire anyone at this point .

I came here and spent $47 on two meals (ask me for receipts), I asked for a cup of water and the waiter said gringo wants water. The black worker (not knowing I speak Arabic and Spanish) than said we charge $4 for cups. I told him if you are not willing to give me a cup after spending almost $50 than something is wrong. The black worker than said something is wrong with all white people
