They are BUSY but they have a wonderful team working together on orders. I went in on a Sunday line was out the door! Ordering at the register is made easy with the full menu displayed above. They also have 2 kiosks available as well. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! If you're looking for a sweet treat id recommend the top loaded shakes the fruity pebble one was amazing!

Came to Dave's Hot Chicken and had a pretty mixed experience. The customer service was honestly top notch staff was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. The facility itself was also really clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. That said... the food just didn't hit the way I expected. Very catchy design and presentation. Extra stars for a very original design chicken spot. The seasoning of this chicken tender slider , put into a sandwich is a nice spice mix. More of an Indian Curry Heat, nice balance I thought "Medium". I like a little heat ;not too much. Pickles and sauce make a difference and it all Comes together on the bun. Lettuce also. I came here earlier today. There was only one woman working and there was a long line. But, her customer service was impeccable and she made my food absolutely delicious despite being overwhelmed with orders and customers. She deserves a raise or an award for her work today! I didn't catch her name though, but I came here around 4pm. 10/10, she deserves a lot of praise for keeping the business running today.

Listen, Dave's Hot Chicken is outstanding. If you haven't been, than get yourself some. Even if you're a wimp when it comes to spice they have a no spice option. There is no competition. Their food Clucks but with an F. Only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 in my head is that the drive through took a really long time. Loved it. Awesome service. Stayed open a little later for us which was very appreciated. Oh and the chicken trendies were amazing.
