Placed an online order and the food was ready when promised. Hot, fresh and spicy. I really enjoyed the cauliflower slider. The restaurant was neat and clean. The only obstacle was the parking lot. Lots of holes and uneven pavement.
Business response:

Wow, you just made our day! Thanks a bunch for the stellar review. We’re super happy you had such a great time with us!
Decent but quality has gone down hill. I was at the original location many years ago in California before they went national and franchised and everything tastes way lower quality now. They really skimp on the fries and the sauces and it's just not that good anymore. Sad. Used to be so delicious!
Business response:

Boom! Glad you loved it! Thanks for the awesome review!
They are BUSY but they have a wonderful team working together on orders. I went in on a Sunday line was out the door! Ordering at the register is made easy with the full menu displayed above. They also have 2 kiosks available as well. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! If you're looking for a sweet treat id recommend the top loaded shakes the fruity pebble one was amazing!

Came to Dave's Hot Chicken and had a pretty mixed experience. The customer service was honestly top notch staff was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. The facility itself was also really clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. That said... the food just didn't hit the way I expected. Everything was very salty, to the point where it kind of overpowered the flavor. I was excited to try it, but it ended up being a bit too much for my taste. Overall, great service and vibes, but I... read more

Very catchy design and presentation. Extra stars for a very original design chicken spot. The seasoning of this chicken tender slider , put into a sandwich is a nice spice mix. More of an Indian Curry Heat, nice balance I thought "Medium". I like a little heat ;not too much. Pickles and sauce make a difference and it all Comes together on the bun. Lettuce also. Curry season krinkle fries. Delicious Meal. $12-price point. Awesome design. Well done on the service & packaging also. Friendly & helpful service. I'd do th... read more

I came here earlier today. There was only one woman working and there was a long line. But, her customer service was impeccable and she made my food absolutely delicious despite being overwhelmed with orders and customers. She deserves a raise or an award for her work today! I didn't catch her name though, but I came here around 4pm. 10/10, she deserves a lot of praise for keeping the business running today.

Dave's Hot Chicken is hands-down one of my favorite spots for comfort food. The chicken is perfectly tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, and the sliders are a fun, satisfying addition. The loaded fries are incredible--crispy, cheesy, and loaded with toppings that make them irresistible. I love that you can choose your spice level, from mild to fiery, so there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly, attentive, and fast, making the whole experience enjoyable. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night ... read more
