TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I really liked the food here, the spice on the chicken is really good and I love being able to choose how much spice i want on the chicken. I especially love how diverse the menu is, which gives variety.
The fries are really good here and sandwich is ok. A good place to eat at after watching a movie at Century Theater.
Daves Hot chicken is my favorite place for a chicken sandwich. I love the spice not breaded coating and the juiciness of ghee chicken. I recently went to another chicken place Raising Canes and Daves Hot Chicken kicks The other places ass!
Visited a few weeks ago and got 2x #2 (mild) with cheese on both and substituted fries with kale salad on one order. Food tasted good (spice level was right) and service was pleasant. However, I have to knock 2 stars off for the size of the chicken. All 4 sliders were tiny compared to the Dave's Hot Chicken in Dublin, and looked nothing like the pictures where the chicken is clearly bigger than the bun. Ordered the 2 slider w/ fry combo. Medium and hot. So good. Our favorite combo. It was crowded and a lot of to go orders. If you want a seat/table,, come early.
Amazing chicken sandwich's! Chicken is fresh and tasty! Dining in is a no for me, tables are sticky and atmosphere needs some work, but I just get food to go and it's the best.
Ok. The chicken is good. Not great. But you can get it is a rainbow of spice levels and that IS great. If you want that. The plain is just too plain. I had expected some southern flavors. But no flavor at all was what I got. Medium is just about the start of spicy. Mild is too light to even taste. Hot was getting there! Went here on Wednesday night was busy but was assited by a young lady named Andrea she was very helpful definitely appreciate her positive attitude and also was assited by a young man I didn't get his name but they were both quick and efficient
I've been seeing EVERYWHERE. We'd drive by this place a few times and would always see this in IG when it first came out. It was one of those things where I wondered if the hype was worth it because I'm quite afraid of dry chicken sandwiches as most I've had were dry.
