to good and they were fast they made really good food and i love to eat and they feed me good

Honestly not sure why Dave's Hot Chicken has a 3.8 rating. Our experience was great from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, each employee introduced themselves by name and let us know to not hesitate if we needed anything -- that alone stood out. Service was fast, friendly, and organized. Tonight was my first time here. I have to say the vibe inside was very laid back and welcoming. A little crowded ( which says a lot about the food) wish it was a little more spacious however. The service made up for it, and specifically by one worker. Gustavo was outstanding! His mannerism and professionalism was above par, I was ready to leave and ordered a fry to go. Great service from Gustavo they forgot my fry and for the trouble gave me a fry and a Mac n cheese he went out of his way to fix the problem and went above and beyond to pay back a simple mistake with a free Mac n cheese when he didn't have to thank you for the good service Gustavo and you made my day.

Service was great and Picka at register was so friendly. We've been wanting to come to this restaurant and my son and his friend are so happy with their choice of food. It's delicious. We are definitely coming back again.
