$17+ dollars for a combo meal when you add a drink??? Had to hard pass when I found that out. 12:30 in the afternoon and only 1 other person in the place. Went to Chili's and did 3 For Me for $10.99. This place is just a horrible value. Even Popeyes has a spicy chicken sandwich combo for much less.

Went in there twice over the last week to order and I was not greeted nor assisted and I walked out because of it. Horrible customer service

It was a frustrating day today....first stop was Popeyes chicken to finally try a chicken sandwich that's been the subject of these chicken sandwich wars. Headed there after hockey practice to the far North Dallas location on Preston rd at the Bush. Run away people. Not sure what's happening inside that restaurant but people were waiting and waiting in the drive thru line and eventually just abandoned the line altogether which after 10-15 minutes waiting we did the same. The last time I was there the food didn't taste the same. I always eat there and they are always outstanding, except my last visit. I can't complain about the service. They honored my free drink coupon, however, it didn't work on the scanner.
Not what I was expecting very foreign and overly spicy like Indian food. I like Indian food but not this place.

I didn't enjoy the extra hot slider. I had to get a new sandwich remade because my husband ordered a medium slider, and my slider tasted identical, and he agreed. There is no way that was an extra hot slider, which is supposed to be the second spiciest slider. After telling the disgruntled cashier my issues, she then proceeded to say to me, "there is no way the sliders are the same," as if she were the chef. Chicken has a odd tang but the fries are so good and the wall is super cool didnt take long for the food too get out

Paid $17 for two tenders and fries. Very overpriced. The hot is very hot like I like it. The service is like any other fast food restaurant: lazy young teens who just throw food in a box and give it to you.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced, I wanted to really like this place but the girl who works the night shift is extremely rude and has a bad attitude. The bare minimum is to just be nice to your customer.
