It's usually pretty busy every time I go in and pick up my online order (which is expected) but I appreciate the timely manner and how thorough CAREY was with preparing all the condiments in my already packed order as well as asking if i needed any additional. I very rarely come back to this area, but the employees last time made it worth while to go back. Justin and Jessie were exceptionally helpful when ordering something different this time and Jessie recommended me the viral mozzarella sticks and thy did not disappoint.
This is a perfect example of how a Dave's should be! The space is very clean and inviting which starts your experience off right. You are greeted by workers as you walk in, such a small thing that makes a more welcoming and enjoyable visit. The worker I interacted with was very kind and my order was ready super quickly. Ordered the loaded fries and those were a hit! Definitely recommend this location
We all know Dave's food is the best, but this location has impeccable customer service. A few weeks ago, my friend ordered some Dave's from DoorDash. She didn't notice that it was a location in Santa Ana, and we came to this location because it's closer to my house. Even though this location is a separate franchise, the manager (Eileen) was kind enough to make another order for us on the house.
