This is a perfect example of how a Dave's should be! The space is very clean and inviting which starts your experience off right. You are greeted by workers as you walk in, such a small thing that makes a more welcoming and enjoyable visit. The worker I interacted with was very kind and my order was ready super quickly. Ordered the loaded fries and those were a hit! Definitely recommend this location
We all know Dave's food is the best, but this location has impeccable customer service. A few weeks ago, my friend ordered some Dave's from DoorDash. She didn't notice that it was a location in Santa Ana, and we came to this location because it's closer to my house. Even though this location is a separate franchise, the manager (Eileen) was kind enough to make another order for us on the house. Justin is a phenomenal employee and deserves a raise . He has such great customer service and is one of the main reasons we always return. He definitely deserves recognition for his hard work and integrity !
Decided to give Dave's Hot Chicken another try after not going for a while & I'm really glad we did because it was a much better experience this time. We tried the loaded fries & they were amazing & really flavorful & definitely hit the spot. The only thing we noticed was that there were only a few pieces of chicken on top (maybe around 3) which felt a little less than what's shown in the photos. Other than that, the sliders were really good & a big improvement from our last visit. We'd definitely come back again!
Violet was super friendly & outgoing, the food took a little while longer but it was definitely worth it, I'd decently come again.
Customer service was amazing 10/10. Food is also very delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant is magnificent. I was very satisfied. Karry was very kind and helpful. I would recommend.
Dave's Hot Chicken delivers crispy, spicy tenders with bold flavor and great heat!!!!
The service was amazing, especially coming in when they are about to close, and they are open the latest during the weekdays compared to the other nearby locations!
The Nashville sliders are incredible perfect heat and crunch. Definitely worth a visit!
