I had an awesome experience at Dave's thanks to Justin. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. He made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and checked in to make sure everything was good. You can tell he actually cares about customer service, which is rare these days

I've been coming here after work for about a year now, and I finally had to leave a review. I'd give the food 4 stars, but the customer service is a solid 5 stars and honestly, that's what keeps me coming back. It's rare to find a place where every single staff member is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They truly go above and beyond. I stopped by Dave's Hot Chicken in Anaheim for the first time and it ended up being a great introduction to the brand. The location is incredibly convenient if you're heading to Angel Stadium, with parking right across the street, which makes it an easy pre or post game stop.
