Hands down my favorite hot chicken joint! I had Dave's for the first time a couple years back in San Diego. It was love at first bite. There are plenty locations all over the country, unfortunately none in Reno. So every time we come across one, we have to make a stop. The menu is limited but you can't go wrong with whatever you choose! Just don't forget to add cheese to your fries and slider. The crisp on the chicken is always spot on. The food here tastes really good!! I had a good experience with the customer service as well. Lindsey was my cashier and helped me out and recommended what else could be good, since I'm still somewhat new to the place. Super sweet, I would definitely come back!!

Ordered a Dave's #2, which includes 2 fried chicken sliders with fries, and a side of kale slaw, pickles, and sauce. The chicken sliders had a crispy texture with a tender juicy chicken. The sauce that's drizzled over the chicken was flavorful and adds the creamy profile. The spice wasn't as hot as I'd like so I'll request them to make it hotter next time. The fries were well seasoned and had a crispy exterior while being fluffy inside.

This is our pit stop from/to Saddleback church. Their 2 sliders with fries were pretty filling. The crunch on the chicken is spot on. Buns were not sloppy. Seasoned fries. Better yet, they offer military discount, 50% at that!!!! Any place that supports our men/women in uniform.. is worth the community support! Give them a try!!

A staple whenever I'm in SoCal! Dave's hot chicken is something I crave when I'm back home and a 5 hour flight away. As always, Dave's did not disappoint. I got one slider with fries, and it was delicious. My mouth is watering thinking about it lol. I was a little confused looking at the menu bc I couldn't remember the sizes. This combo was very filling for me, but if you are a heavier eater, definitely recommend one of the bigger combos that have two sliders or a slider and a tender.
