This place was awesome. Like a step up from Chik Fil A or Popeyes. A bit pricier, but it was worth it. Despite the crowd on opening day, I went with five of my friends and we were seated so fast. Our food was served in a timely manner too. Friendly staff and very filling. I will be back!

Worst customer service ever! Why? Because there was none. You can't call in an order and if you walk in you can't even order with a real person. Then they ask for a tip..? People tip when they receive good service.. right? The prices are wack for what you get and this location need to fix the air conditioning because the restaurant was hotter that sitting outside.

The gal behind the counter advised me today at 2:50pm if paying by card I have to order on the kiosk. Ordering any special request is impossible on the kiosk. Super disappointing

took a decent amount of time to receive my food but oh well i can live with that and me and my buddy are patient. my only issue is that my chicken was damn near raw, and my strawberry milkshake tasted like straight foam. i won't be returning.

Very very expensive for a combo without a drink Chicken was not better than Chick Fil-A for double the price

They should change the name to daves sweet chicken. I ordered the second from the spiciest and there was no spice at all. Parking in that area was a nightmare. Quality of food was good, just not what I would call hot chicken.

I ordered from the 'Feed the Crowd' menu for a business meeting, and since delivery wasn't available for 11:30 AM, I had to pick it up myself. The restaurant really needs to warn customers about the ongoing construction. I ended up having to walk two blocks in the rain carrying two massive bags of food. To make matters worse, no one on-site offered to help me to my car. It was a very disappointing experience and not at all what I expected when ordering for a group.

Way too expensive for what they serve you. It's basically fast food that costs $20+ dollars a person. The chicken isn't really even that good and the quality of the food is poor. For the price you could actually eat a real meal from a local restaurant.
