I personally LOVE dave's hot chicken however the service at this location isn't good. I've come to this location 3 times but every time the service isn't up to par with other locations. Once I came for an online pickup order but the employee at the front couldn't understand what to do. The second time I came, a different employee had a lot of attitude. Only reason its a 2 star is because they have a drive thru which the Clackamas location does not have.

Chicken is bomb fries bomb gotta be eaten fresh , kale slaw great, that's just facts! I don't know why on the order confirmation it says it will be ready at a certain time but I get there 4 minutes after that time and still wait 12 more minutes for my order in addition to staff that ignores you. Obviously you know this is pretty normal so whatevs but I'll easily go somewhere closer more dependable and respectful. Can I get an 'order is ready' text or email when it's ready!
