TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

FCUK YEAH, this place is good. If you like some spice in yo life, come through foo. Ok all jokes aside, this place is really good. Juicy moist chicken and hot fries fresh out of the fryer. Hot, fresh, and absolutely worth it. I got carry-out and was genuinely impressed--by the time I got home, the chicken was still piping hot and the fries? Still crispy, which is rare with takeout. The food was ready in about 10 minutes, which made the experience even better. I ordered the regular loaded fries and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. For a fast food spot the chicken is extremely juicy... and consistent... I have been here multiple times and the quality of the food is incredible. The house sauce is also a must have .. I would eat her more if I could.
they don't lie... i have eaten a Carolina reaper before. Their carolina reaper is spicy as all ever. omg. very good taste but great pain.
The hot sandwich, medium tenders, kale slaw and fries were all good. Nicely packed to go. Good space for dine in too.
I'll start with the inside. The restaurant has colorful and bold wall art, giving it a fun and playful vibe. It was pretty clean inside as well You can order with a cashier or on the ipads. And there are single restrooms! I tried the #2 two sliders with fries but I added cheese to the fries (worth it). For the sliders, you can choose the spice level for each. Best hot tenders around, I got 1 medium tender which imo had practically no spice at all but ymmv and 1 hot tender that had a decent kick to it. chicken portion size was large and tasted well seasoned flavored through out no sauce required, but definitely welcome. Mac n Cheese isn't horrible but I wouldn't say it's good either, with a thin consistency. Overall recommend this place if you want some hot chicken tenders
