Although my rating still has not changed, I'm super glad I gave this place a second chance. Although the seasonings is still salty, it's not as salty as last time and it made me enjoy it so much more. Chicken is also not dry compared to last time as well so that's a huge positive there. Will be coming back here this time whenever I can.

I'm not the biggest fan of anything fried, but I'll make an exception for DHC! Moist chicken without the fatty, greasy feeling afterwards. Parking is a challenge at this location, for sure, during peak hours.

Okay I don't normally write reviews for chains unless it's bad but this is for a good reason. My partner and I tried the Cauliflower substitute for the hot chicken and it was really good. Of course it takes a little bit longer to prep since I imagine they don't prep they as much as the main dish, chicken, but it is still fast, delicious, and crispy. We liked it so much we separately order it for delivery and it also delivers pretty well maiming most of the crisp. If you are here this is a great vegetarian friendly option!
Daves Hot Chicken - the dorrito styled seasoned take on good ol fried chicken. Nashville would be proud, but not like the A+ student proud. More like B+, good service, good flavor, and good value. Paid $13 for some good tastin protein after the gym!
You can make it really really really hot if you like. I did the medium and it was plenty hot enough. And I like hot things! I love having the free soda refills nearby because I needed it. Gets a little noisy in the afternoon with all the kids and Teens and families but that's what a good place is all about. Highly recommended
