It's very disappointing that the first time I tried Dave's hot chicken. I waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes and was then I had never even placed my order in the first place when asking to review they said that they were all out of chicken and I was left to leave with no food, this is very disappointing.

Sat in the line for 20 minutes for the girl to tell me that I never ordered and I messed up, even when the lady I spoke to when I ordered gave me a total and took my name. Then was told that there was no more chicken and that I had to leave

I'm so disappointed. My granddaughter loves the chicken but..., I am a vegan. I loved their cauliflower bites and they don't have them anymore. Now I need to find somewhere else to eat!!!!

Already wrote a review for this place. Spoke with a manager that works there. She said they actually do pay for reviews and thats the only reason they have any 5 star reviews. that makes sense because it's pretty bad

I like their chicken tenders. But I had a less than pleasurable experience today. I've eaten here quite a few times over the last few weeks and tried to place an order online today, but the website was not working correctly. Called to see if the order had gone through even though it did not register as confirmed. Talked with the manager who proceeded to tell me it was the 21st century and there are millions of ways to order online so he doesn't like to help people out over the phone. Absolutely tough decision but I'm giving it a one star. Here's a simple review. Food is great! Extremely overpriced, almost $6 for 1 chicken tender. The service is absolutely awful, not the employees fault. I was in Line with nobody in the store for 25 minutes. Service is bad because they don't hire staff, they don't hire staff because nobody goes there, nobody goes there because they're overpriced and have bad service. Whatever you do, don't eat inside unless you want your eardrums blown out. Jesus, the music is cranking and everyone is screaming to communicate. Turn it down dumb dumbs! I heard it's management that expects this by the way.

I am being a bit generous with the 2-stars based on the disappointment I have. I ordered in their drive through and ordered a #1 with 2-tenders and fries. When I got home, 10 miles away, I was disappointed to find 2-sliders or a #2. I wanted to contact the restaurant to express my disappointment but got some voice message telling me they are too busy to answer the phone and to leave my comments on a "contact us" link on their webpage.
