Absolutely tough decision but I'm giving it a one star. Here's a simple review. Food is great! Extremely overpriced, almost $6 for 1 chicken tender. The service is absolutely awful, not the employees fault. I was in Line with nobody in the store for 25 minutes. Service is bad because they don't hire staff, they don't hire staff because nobody goes there, nobody goes there because they're overpriced and have bad service. Whatever you do, don't eat inside unless you want your eardrums blown out. Jesus, the music is cranking and everyone is screaming to communicate. Turn it down dumb dumbs! I heard it's management that expects this by the way.

I am being a bit generous with the 2-stars based on the disappointment I have. I ordered in their drive through and ordered a #1 with 2-tenders and fries. When I got home, 10 miles away, I was disappointed to find 2-sliders or a #2. I wanted to contact the restaurant to express my disappointment but got some voice message telling me they are too busy to answer the phone and to leave my comments on a "contact us" link on their webpage. How does this place have such good reviews? My did tastes old and like spoiled chicken. The chicken without the seasoning tastes ok, but the hot chicken and the fries taste awful. I'm hoping I don't get sick from this. I know it's Friday night and it's midnight but that's unacceptable. At least I was able to eat one of the sliders.

Sooo many better places for chicken and fries. Has such an uncomfortable and strange aftertaste. Both my husband and I felt sick afterward. Overpriced especially for the lack of quality

Loved this place last year but with the last two times, although their chicken is great! Our family won't be ordering here anymore. Last time I ordered they gave me bad slaw and it was barely filled halfway and cauliflower bites that were pricey and didn't have them all.. and then this time, they put basically no slaw in my sandwich or my husbands. Super lame (First two pics are an order from a few months ago and the sandwhich is from today)

So I ordered a slider and the girl working said "Yeah you should just get 1 slider not 2 they are very filling" In my head I thought I was gonna get a huge piece of chicken similar to popeyes because it costs 9.99 with fries. Thats a decent priced big chicken sandwich. Well what I get is this sad excuse of a chicken sandwich. I feel robbed.
