My order was good, I chose the Sliders. The chicken was hot, seasoned well ( the menu is accurate on spiciness) Service was efficient and cheerful. I did not try any of the sides, Just the sandwiches. We came in and placed a to go order. My initial impression of the restaurant was that it was very clean. The team members demeanor was overall the highlight. They were friendly and out going. We got home and came to the determination that they put the wrong chicken on certain sandwiches, despite the labels being correct. I ordered my own chicken and my husband got hot. This is the best chicken I've ever had! Amazing flavor, hot and fresh! The meals are huge! The staff was so nice, fast and personable! This place is always busy, but they know how to handle a line and serve consistently great food! I live 40 mins away from this new location in southbend and keep finding myself planning things that need to be "done" over there, so I can go again! First time taking my brother here. Messed up with the coleslaw and portions were definitely not there. All they did was acknowledge that they messed up and didn't make it right lol. Solid.

Honestly the food here is so great that I was considering rating it higher but the workers are what brought my reviews out of retirement. Last time we came, the workers had such a strange vibe like, "look at what they're eating. They have no idea what we put in it" man I'm telling you MAD weird vibes. This chicken is disrespectful to ever other restaurant that serves chicken they don't even serve ranch. Their sauce is terrible it tastes like plastic. A toddler can make better chicken than this. The location of Dave's chicken is also horrid there are no parking spots and people are willing to get hit to cross the road. The seating area in the restaurant is also bad it could fit 10 people and your standing shoulder to shoulder trying to order terrible food. This chicken is bad do not go there I might get food poisoning.

I placed the order ahead of time online, so it would be ready when I got there. As I was on my break with my son. I ended up having to wait 15 more mins than anticipated. The food was not worth missing time with my son to eat diinner. The milkshake we got was literally ice cream topped with cereal. I have to smash and mix it myself to make it one. The only thing that blew me away is their interior design. That was awsome. Probably wont go back, unless someone else is paying.

This is the second time I've got food poisoning from this place. If you are going to specialize in chicken at the very least cook it. Also chill on that seasoning frr bit into a pocket of powder.
