We came in for the Dave's Hot Chicken day and it was actually well organized. The reward section has your separate QR code and I like that you can choose the level of heat To your preference. The perfect level of spice was the hot it definitely had a kick to it but it wasn't overbearing. The piece of chicken was nice and thick and juicy and had really good flavoring. Food was really good. Nice crisp to the chicken I got the mild spice it was decent. Fries were crispy and delicious Area was clean and I loved the art work

From the time me and my son walked in, ordered and sat down to eat everything was as close to perfection as it could get. Francia was an amazing/professional angel in disguise employee. She was very knowledgeable on answering the questions I had in regards to the level of heat for the chicken.
