TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Food was great and fresh. The store was nice overall. Joe did a great job. Give that man a raise!
The chicken is perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The spice levels give you options, from mild to seriously hot, so there's something for everyone. The sliders and fries are especially tasty, and the portion sizes are generous. The staff is friendly, and service is quick. Definitely a go-to spot for a satisfying and spicy comfort food fix!
Shout out Ryhan and Zach they make the experience 10 times better than it already is! And I didn't think it could get any better!
Chicken was great!!! Randy provided professional and excellent customer service! Super attentive and was able to walk us all through the menu.
