Place is new to town. Big hype. Lots of art. Loud music. (Not a bad thing) Food took a bit but IT'S CHICKEN, EXPECT IT! Great customer service. Food was good. Prices are decent. Everyone enjoyed it. We'll go back.

Ordered online on a Sunday afternoon and it was ready within fifteen minutes. The restaurant was packed but not uncomfortable. *Note there is no drive through.* The mild and medium strips and sandwich were not as hot or flavorful as I was anticipating. Will have to up the heat level next time I guess. It was also not super clear from the menu if there was a difference between the strip and the sandwich chicken? We went early afternoon and the food was fast and fresh. My only complaint was the lack of cheese on the cheese fries. Staff was friendly and it was very clean. Definitely will return.

Kinda hard to mess up a spicy chicken sandwich, right? The service was pleasant and quick, which was great because I was dreading long lines. Sandwich was tasty, fries were crispy, the mysterious orange sauce was mysteriously sweet but pretty good for dipping. The buns on the sliders were kind of falling apart, but they were soft and the chicken was well fried. Again, it was about what you'd expect. Nothing mind blowing, but I'm a happy guy.

My love for Dave's Hot Chicken hasn't disappeared since opening day. My family frequently visits this establishment for their sliders. I love the customizable spice levels, and I typically get a Mild but I've noticed that their Mild appears to vary a bit. Not sure if there is a way to consistency measure the spice levels, because I'd like to try the Medium again but it was quite spicy last time and the Mild seems less spicy from time to time. Seriously one of the best hot chicken joints I've ever been to. Their sliders are incredible, and I'd recommend adding honey as it balances out the heat perfectly. Fries are great as well.

Overall this place was pretty good in terms of flavor and it was A LOT of food. I do think it was on the pricier side ($14 for a combo that doesn't include a drink) but would go back if i was in the mood for a quick bite. I got level 'hot' on all my chicken and personally i didn't think it was hot at all. It was slightly spicy but if you're looking for heat it was far from it in my opinion. The tenders were slight spicier than the sandwich as well.

Dave's chicken has tasted good every time we have gone hence the three stars.However the wait is not worth the food. After waiting for 45 minutes and starting to hear other customers ask management why they were waiting for over an hour we asked for a refund and decided to leave. As for service, when a customer approached the manager he stated he would, "go back there and see how he could motive the team". Even though there was easily over 10+ orders that had been waiting for over an hour.

It was OK. I ordered a "hot" slider which the man said was equivalent to a fresh jalapeño. It wasn't close. The kale salad was a sad tasteless cabbage salad w a little kale. The quality of the fried chicken was good. The Dave's Sauce they charge for extra was nothing special. The restaurant itself was nice. No drive up window. U must go inside. I probably wud not return.
