Was really impressed with my experience at Dave's Hot Chicken. I ordered the two slider combo and shared with my husband. Pro tip: this is big enough to share between two people! I really appreciate that everything is made to order. I got the medium which was spiced to my liking and my hubby got the hot, which was pretty hot and he can usually take spice. We also got a side of Mac and cheese which was just okay. Will definitely be back for more chicken!

First time coming here and I thought the food was great. The girl at the counter was very helpful once I told her I never been there. I ordered a number 4 which came with a chicken slider, and fries. It did not come with a drink, had to purchase one separately. The burger was very juicy and flavorful. I got it medium because I wasn't so sure how "hot" their hot would be. The medium was perfect. This place used to be Hill Country Chicken. I'd say it's a suitable replacement if you're craving a chicken sandwich. It's smaller, but clean and the service is friendly and quick. I got my food not too long after ordering. The chicken sandwiches are awesome. The "Tender" looks like a giant chicken breast and is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Service was decent. The wait wasn't long and it wasn't too busy. The food is a good 7/10. We got medium heat and it wasn't hot at all. I'm from Louisiana so I know heat. However, the food was tasty and I ate it all. The sauce is good too

I was staying in Brooklyn for the weekend looking an easy dinner and this was close to my hotel and I have always wanted to try it!! I placed an online order and it was ready and piping hot when I went to pick it up. I went for the one slider, one tender combo meal. They were both excellent but I'm not going to lie the star of the show was the slider with the Dave's sauce. The tender was good but not as good. I got it medium and the food was excellent! Great service 10/10

I think what I like most about this place was the feeling I got when I read the mural. It says something like "I started in a vacant lot with $600 and a fryer". It was inspiring to think of the owner of this small business progressing from vacant lot to having their own storefront. My experience was diminished by the cold, rainy weather and my lack luster dining companion. The food was good. I'll be back to try again.

The guys working here run it like their own family restaurant. Really nice, clean - great service, pride in their food. The food itself is excellent. No joke, the Extra Hot is nuts. I didn't do their "Reaper" apparently you need to sign a waiver! Highly recommend, great quality! To the homie who helped my daughter and I out yesterday (March 14th), thank you!
