Delivery review. Despite having lived in many states where this chain operates (including it's original home), I somehow had never heard of them until to today. Kept it simple and got the 2 chicken tender meal. Totes Obvs they're sizeable tendies, like 90s tchotchkes-on-the-wall-chains (TGIFridays, Chilis, Ruby Tuesday's, et cetera). Someone was treating me for lunch.. They decided to get Dave's hot chicken. First time eating it, so I don't know what to expect. Since it was someone treating, I said order whatever. They order the light mild, Mild & Medium. I love spicy food, So I try the medium. It was good and have some kick to it. They said must add the honey to the chicken. I love Dave's Hot Chicken. I have been there a few times now. I have left happy every time. By mistake, I taped only 3 stars. Trust me, they are 5 star all the way. The chicken is juicy and tender and not to mention flavorful. You have to try it. It will be your go to Chicken place.

I had no idea Brooklyn had this many Dave's Hot Chicken locations. (4 in total) I was able to try them recently thanks to Drake. Drake apparently is an investor in the business and for his birthday you could get a free slider via ordering from the app. Say less! I visited right before they opened. Only a handful of people were there. I was happy and shocked. The restaurant is colorful with graffiti art and very clean. I was hesitant on trying this place due to the price ($15 for a single slider, a single tender and fries) since I was debating on Popeyes which has a deal for 6 tenders, fries, mashed potatoes, biscuits for 11 bucks. I never tried Dave's so I figured I'll go for it. I asked for hot, which has two hotter levels. The slider was bigger than I thought and it was flavorful, a good amount of spice, and was crispy. Ordered on ubereats. Food came hot, fresh and correct. Didnt have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised by how crispy and spicy the chicken tenders were. The hot is legitimately hot! Beware. Fries were ok and mac and cheese is good.

The chicken sliders are hearty and delicious but the shakes suck. They're too thick and too sweet and tooo too messy
