I know they just opened so I am trying to keep an open mind to this specific location, however the Woburn location is far better. I don't know what it is about the chicken here but it's way to thick and tough. Maybe they use a different vendor but the chicken quality is subpar to Woburn. Something to consider, management.

Tried this place opening weekend at the Chelmsford location. Not bad. Crinkle fries were pretty good. I opted for the "hot" level of spice. Not bad. I might go hotter next time. I'm not sure it's better than Popeye's, but I definitely plan on trying them again, I'll update my review if I do...

Won't go back from a while. Staff was great and the place was fun, but the chicken sandwiches were kind of tasteless, which is crazy since we're talking about hot chicken sandwiches... It lacked flavor, heat, the batter was thin, the frying was overdone. Shake was very good, and fries were okay.

Very good chicken - nice crisp with varying spice levels and moist inside. Had a hot slider and a medium tender. Hot was enough to make my nose run and I don't think I'd take it hotter but if you're a spice demon there are 2 levels hotter. Slider was nice because it added slaw and sauce along with big, crunchy pickles (I'm usually not a pickle on sandwich guy but these are good). Medium spice level seemed much milder than hot. This Dave's location just opened on 6/9/23 and I had seen advertisements on my Instagram for it and went to try it out today. It is just off the highway, and is located right next to the Boston Market location in Chelmsford. It is also nearby the shopping plaza so plenty of parking. Funky exterior/interior which was commissioned by @dehmq on Instagram gives the space a kind of modern feel too. Wife and I ordered the Dave's combo #3 today as takeout. Really juicy delicious chicken with a nice spice rub on it, a great slaw to... read more
