Main Restaurant is neat and clean with amazing artwork! Cashiers were nice and helped with selections for a first time. The bathroom could have used some attention. Indoor and outdoor seating and adequate parking. I tried to No heat strips and the medium heat. The no heat was just as it says no heat and not much seasoning however it was hot and fresh. My first impression as I arrived was how good the chicken smelled as I got out of my car..There was adequate parking but it could get crowded on the weekend As I went up to the counter I was met by a friendly hostess named Maddie and Nida. I got the loaded fries, mild chicken nuggets. I would have never thought that putting kale slaw on the fries would be good. Surprise, they were good. Fries, cheese sauce, kale slaw, dill pickle chips and nuggets.

Actually really good. The quality of the chicken is excellent (one of the best for fast food). The behind the counter workers are genuinely amazing. They are the nicest group of fast food workers that I've interacted with in Columbia. The restaurant itself is very clean and I usually don't have any issues with seating (unless it is lunch time when they are exceptionally busy).

First time visit. Did an online order. 2 slider combos and two milkshakes. The food was delicious! However the service, and cleanliness of the restaurant, and the lack of beverages caused the 3 stars. 1st. My partner had to go back to the counter THREE TIMES. For missing items. For lunch, my husband and I decided to grab something quick while we were out shopping over the weekend. We went to Dave's Hot Chicken. This place has me excited when it comes to the "Dave's Not Chicken" menu. I ordered Cauli Dave's #3, which is 1 Cauli Tender & 1 Cauli Slider W/ Fries. This is so delicious! Store was pretty clean and service at the register was great. However, it took a long while to get our food. But, we weren't in a rush, so it was ok especially if that meant it was fresh. 3 of us ordered the tenders, and they were to our specified spice level, and were hot in temp. However, one person received cold nuggets which was very weird for the length of time it took. So, they made them again and they were hot the 2nd time. Everyone was pretty satisfied with their chicken and fries.

The service was great, I came along with my family at night and it was busy. It was my first time trying Dave's Hot chicken so I wasn't sure how it was supposed to actually taste. We ordered their tender and burger combo with mild and honestly I wish I got more sauce. The meat was tender and crunchy but I think it lacked a bit of flavor in it; although with the sauce, it made it more flavorful but I don't usually like getting sauce.
