I give them 4 stars for their food and a 2 for customer service. I've been driving all the way from Woodbury to eat at this place the first time I went was March 9th I liked it so much I went back may 14. This time my order was all the way wrong and when the cashier was taking my order I knew it was gonna be a disaster mind you I drove 33 minutes to get there and back they didn't give me what I ordered and I ordered sauce xtra sauce and it wasn't in the bag I called back the next day to talk to the manager and she said they ... read more

It is the worst food ever ate! I heard so much about it and wanted so much to try it and once i did i said no more, this is the first and last. My wife did not like it as well. Too much seasoning to the point it lost its flavor. Both of us my wife and I got a meal each and we ended up throwing away one and barely finished one. I ate at the one in Minnesota Plymouth. I strongly do NOT recommend!

First, I was forced to tip at the counter, then came the food. The food looks amazing but what wasn't amazing was the taste. The seasonings were to strong, the sauce was flavorless. I had ordered both the mild and medium expecting "Dave's HOT Chicken" to have hot chicken but there was zero spice. Don't go out of your way, what a disappointment. I did not even finish my small $12 meal. Two thin chicken strips on a piece of bread and served with cold fries. Ambiance fast food restaurant style. Service by staff was probably the best part of the visit as the manager was visible and visiting tables. He saw that my son ordered hot chicken and recommended adding a taste of honey. Staff seemed nice but for as simple as this food is to make. It takes entirely to long. Even when trying to plan ahead an ordering ahead of time for a single person. You end up waiting WAY TO LONG

A new location opened in Minnetonka, MN. Our family was so excited to try this out as we are all foodies. The kiddos barely took a bite of their Mac n cheese (overly soft noodles with a velveeta soft cheese like taste), attempted the fries and called dinner quits. My husband and I had to throw our meals. The food was acceptable. They had their own unique twist on chicken. The staff was poorly trained I would even say a little surly and rude. Once in a while, we get these places where the staff feels they are doing you a favor. I would not go out of my way to eat at this place. There are much better options where you will be treated as a valued customer. Go to Chick-fil-A. : )

First the positive: The chicken tenders are juicy and tender. Every level of seasoning and heat is available and they are applied accurately. Now some problems: The menu (and order-taker) is rigid in terms of what items you want. I ordered three tenders and instead of one order of three tenders, I got three separate orders of one.
