Clean and cashiers are friendly with smiles. The chicken is a bit pricey. If they are going to last in this spot so close to the competitor they will need daily specials or something. I am a spicy girl for sure. HOWEVER, when they said spicy they mean it!! The spice level I tried first time there was hot. Oopsie, not I good choice for a first timer. Food is A1, but most importantly the customer service was amazing. I couldn't speak highly enough about Lily and the entire staff. The quality of the chicken and the flavors are surprising given that this is a fast food joint. I will most definitely be back!

Today Dave's hot chicken celebrated Drakes birthday with a free slider. I stopped by and got my slider with everything on it and extra hot. Being a free slider day, I expected to wait a long time. I waited 6 minutes before my name was called, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This slider was absolutely fantastic. it was juicy, crispy, spicy, saucy, and delicious. One free slider turned into a long term customer. Thanks drake and thanks Dave's Hot Chicken!

Fast service!! I'd say they're very organized and efficient given that it's their opening day. The fries were delicious, and the chicken was juicy and well cooked. Highly recommend.

This one worker was super rude to us right before closing time. We asked a different worker if we had to leave while we were still eating because it was about 3 minutes before closing time. She told us no and she was being very nice to us. 4 minutes later one of the men cashier's who took our order were yelling at us to get out of the store because it was after closing time. All we were going to do was wash our hands and leave but he was very upset and yelling "bro we are closed!!". Very rude never going again, he should get... read more

The chicken tenders at the Southfield location were EXTREMELY SMALL compared to the other locations. The order of cheese fries, I maybe had 10 -12 fries in my entire order. WTF? I'll NEVER EVER go to that location again!!
