This was the new restaurant of the week even though I have been to another location. This space is a duplex restaurant with one on each side of the building and I think the north side has been 3 different restaurants in about 4 years or so and this is probably the best one because for fast food it's fresh made with good quality ingredients. I will say that compared to the east side location it wasn't fresh from the fryer hot to me placing the order but not in any way cold but rather just warm. The decor is hard core urban ... read more

they always mess u, 1. they forgot that we were in there restaurant and offered us $5 coupons horrible service 2. when we finally got are food half was missing and the other half that was there weren't even what we ordered worst restaurant EVER

Normally, the slow service doesn't bother me because the chicken is so good. I mean we have discussed why it is so good and we could never figure it out. This time the wait was over 30 minutes and somehow the chicken when it was served was not as hot as usual. The experience might make me not come back again

Food itself was pretty good although they forgot the cheese on my tender and fries which I paid for. The shake had a very weird texture and had grains in it although the flavor itself was good.

To one's opinion isn't always the one that we can agree on. The menu isn't customer friendly to everyone in my opinion since I really like the grilled type of sandwiches. Customer service was okay for this type of restaurant but the employees could be more friendly overall.

I went in this past week and ordered for my family. It was just under $80. My order was wrong. I asked for a manager and a woman named Morgan came from the back. She was very defensive as she approached. She was not wearing a hairnet even though her hair went down almost to her butt. Because I had a hair in another one of my meals, she had them remake my order. Morgan had a snippy tone about the entire ordeal. I was simply looking to get the food I paid for.
