TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food here is literally unreal it's so good every time. The ambiance of this location is so creative and artistic, it makes you want to sit and eat your food here rather than to go. The service here is always wonderful. All of the employees are so kind. My boyfriend and I just came in today and the woman that took our order (Danue) was such a sweet person and made sure we got everything we needed. Definitely one of the kindest employees I have seen work in the fast food industry!
The food was great, not too crowded, and a GREAT choice of music. The food itself was lovely with a great kick. Some of the best fries I have had, along with a crispy chicken "slider." BIGGEST SLIDER I HAVE EVER SEEN. The workers were nice and had great service. The food took a little bit to come out, but it was worth the wait. I can see actual workers caring about their jobs. The side pickles were so unexpected yet so perfect. Would and am going to come again.
Amazing service and the place is very clean! They were fairly quick with the order and provided amazing service while i was still deciding on what to order, thank you Rae for being patient awesome service!
Rae the cashier is the best. She greeted us with the biggest smile and made my first experience here great!
Stopped in Phoenix for a quick lunch and have been wanting to try Dave's hot chicken for a while now, since we don't have it back home in GA. The spice was just right (hot) and it might have been one of the best chicken sandwiches we've ever had.
Chicken was really crispy, flavorful. The fries were also crispy & flavorful, and the service was really great from dunae!
Pretty good food, prices seemed reasonable but still a little high. Sticky tables and something about it did quite do it for me. I would go back but not a place I'm eating at several times a month.
Valeria was sweet from the moment we walked in to when we left. Service was amazing and the food was even better than anticipated!!
Food is great fast service, spicy good staff here are very nice definitely coming back to this spot
